In the injection molding production part, there are several clean or dust-free (10,000-class +) injection molding workshops and clean production lines from precision, optical lenses, light guides, multi-layer thick-walled lenses, silica gel, etc. in an orderly manner. Equipped with Austrian Engel, Japan Sodick, Germany Arburg, Japan Fanuc, UK Beston, etc. from thin-walled high-speed, single/multi-layer (color), custom thick-walled, vertical multi-color cover, optical silicone, etc. More than 60 special injection molding machines. Each workshop implements an independent automatic drying and feeding system and has various types of injection molding technology and process automation supporting production equipment such as automatic detection, automatic cutting head, laser cutting, and automatic milling. There are professional light sources, illumination, light effects (KMP, integrating sphere, blue light scanner, three-color base, three-coordinate), and other optical testing equipment and a quality engineer team at the testing end of parts and components. The post-processing workshop is equipped with several production lines such as coating, spraying, printing, painting, aluminum plating, bronzing, laser, etc., providing customers with a more comprehensive one-stop service.
